Alarm
Monitoring.
Know the moment your fire alarm goes off or develops a fault — even when the building is empty or you are miles away. Choose 24/7 control-room monitoring or instant phone and text alerts.

24/7 Monitored Fire Alarm
A certified signalling unit links your fire alarm panel to a staffed alarm receiving centre, so trained people act on every signal, day and night.
- —Certified to EN 54-21 for passing on fire alarm signals
- —Fire and fault signals sent over two separate mobile paths
- —Control-room staff respond around the clock, every day of the year
- —Keyholders called using a response plan agreed with you
- —The link is checked constantly — you are told if it is ever lost
HMOs and flats where people sleep, buildings that are often empty, and premises where your insurer or fire risk assessment asks for monitoring.
Phone & Text Alarm Alerts
A small 4G alert unit wired into your panel calls and texts the people you choose the moment the alarm sounds or develops a fault.
- —Calls and texts several numbers — landlord, agent, keyholder and JHS
- —Separate messages for fire, fault, mains power loss and restore
- —Battery backup, so it keeps working during a power cut
- —Runs on the mobile network — no phone line needed
- —Optional online alarm log across all your properties
Landlords and managing agents who want to know straight away, without a yearly control-room contract.
Which Do I Need?
Phone and text alerts are an extra layer of warning, not a replacement for certified monitoring. Your fire alarm still needs its regular testing and servicing either way.
How It Works
Survey
We check your panel, the mobile signal on site, and agree who should be contacted and in what order.
Install
The unit is wired to your panel's fire and fault outputs, powered with battery backup and labelled.
Test
We send test fire and fault signals and confirm every contact, or the control room, receives them.
Look after
Checked at every service visit, and your contact list updated whenever you tell us something has changed.
Common Questions
Not in every building. Your fire risk assessment, insurer or HMO licence conditions may ask for it, and it is especially valuable where people sleep or the building is often empty. We can advise when we survey your system.
